Following a bench trial, the trial court convicted Delmar Hill of simple battery on a custodian. On appeal, he contends the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction. Finding that the evidence was sufficient, we affirm.
“On appeal from a criminal conviction, the evidence must be viewed in the light most favorable to support the verdict, and the appellant no longer enjoys a presumption of innocence.” (Citations omitted.) We do not weigh the evidence or determine witness credibility, but only determine if the evidence was sufficient to support the conviction. Id.
