Creating a watercolor-like look is easy to do in Photoshop. You can create the look without relying on any layered techniques (you don’t create a new layer). In this section, you have the option of using the Multiply or Screen blend mode. The following steps take you through the watercolor-like look with the Screen blend mode:
1. **Open an image that you want to look like watercolor.**
PhotoShop uses a translucent background, so we start with a photo with a background.
2. **Open the Layers palette (Windows) or the Channels palette (Mac) by pressing the L key, or pressing Shift+Ctrl+K (Mac

The Healing Brush can detect edges in areas of your photo that may have been damaged by harsh editing. You can use it to fix the damaged parts of an image, and use the Spot Healing Brush to smooth out larger areas.
Brushes can be used with any tool in the Photoshop image area, including the Move Tool or the Eraser. You can also use the Brush Tool to paint directly on the canvas or layer of your photo.
Photoshop is designed to make complex images, and to do this, you must use layers. Layers are like boxes that contain, organize, and group a set of images. You can use layers to organize large and small items in a single image. You can manipulate individual layers and edit them individually. You can easily create and edit layers and rearrange them. You can apply special effects to each layer individually or group them together. The Layers palette helps you view and work on your layers.
The Paint Bucket tool is used to select and deselect multiple areas on a layer. You can use the Paint Bucket to select multiple areas and then delete or replace them with different colors and gradients.
The Layer Panel enables you to view and work on layers. You can add layers and move them around. In the Layers palette, you can edit layers individually, or you can move them around and stack them on top of each other to create complex images. You can also rearrange layers in the Layers palette.
Layer Styles enable you to change the appearance of a layer or multiple layers by using text and gradient tools. You can use the Layer Styles panel to apply effects to a single layer or a group of layers. You can apply layer styles to one or multiple layer in an image. Some layer styles work on multiple layers simultaneously, and some are only available on a single layer.
Gradient tools allow you to create and use linear, radial, and bitmapped gradients, and apply them to layers. When you create a gradient, you can adjust the gradient attributes, such as color, blur, transparency, stroke, and so on. You can use the Type and Brush tools to create and edit gradients.
There are nine Gradient tools in Photoshop. Each Gradient tool has a unique set of gradients. Using the various tools, you can create different types of gradients for various effects.
What’s New In?
Bravo Palm Spring
Bravo Palm Springs is a daily newscast produced for the MyNetworkTV owned-and-operated station KOIN-TV in Portland, Oregon. The program airs at 7:00 p.m. Pacific time on the station’s second digital subchannel. The program is taped at the East County Senior Center in Lake Oswego.
Bravo Palm Springs was the third newscast to debut on KOIN in September 2010 (a month later than sister station KBND-TV in Bakersfield), having originally planned to debut in July. The news block was moved up to April 17, 2011 (replaced on May 20 with a rebroadcast of the noon newscast), when KIRO-TV’s 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. newscast ended to comply with their coverage of the 2011 Tournament of Roses Parade. The show, created by KIRO-TV’s news department, was added at the request of KOIN management after the former KNXV-TV for similar reasons (the KMVP-TV lineup was left intact at 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.)
On January 24, 2013, the “24/7” branding was added to the newscasts, alongside moving the “Bravo” branding to the 9:00 p.m. newscast on the second digital subchannel.
On May 8, 2013, the program was spun off from the station’s 10 p.m. news block (resulting in the program moving to the 9:00 p.m. timeslot) with all of KOIN’s newscasts that week using the “24/7” branding, in order to compete directly with KGW and KATU-TV (the latter of which had been using the branding as a preview to their own 24/7 news block). The program’s format was changed to a half-hour on July 2. This was done because the 2nd digital subchannel was not airing newscasts at the time. On the same day, KOIN News Director, Patti Gilliam, was named as the new program’s anchor.
On June 20, 2017, KTLA in Los Angeles became the third station to use the 24/7 branding, alongside WTVD and KCBS-TV.
On January 27, 2018, the program expanded from a half-hour to a one-
