In order to unhide your mouse cursor during a remote VNC session, OverMouse is a handy and reliable program that allows to do so.
OverMouse is an application that simulates the server side cursor rendering, so that the VNC server does not see the mouse pointer as busy, but your display sees the cursor as if it was physically visible.
How OverMouse works:
This technique is a bit similar to what TeamViewer uses, but OverMouse works differently.
OverMouse does not change the mouse cursor with a forkbomb, as TeamViewer does.
Instead, OverMouse sets the size of the cursor image to 0, and the server does not see the cursor so quickly, but your display sees the cursor.
Before you use it, you need to enable the mouse cursor in the preferences.

-Name the folder whatever you want. It does not matter and any text will do
-Now create a shortcut for easy access
-Double click on the shortcut to run the program
-Make sure the OverMouse shortcuts appears in the folder (1)
