The Microsoft Terminal Services Application (Termsrv.sxs) is now included with the installation of all Windows Server 2008/2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012/2012 R2 editions.
The terminal services component requires no additional installation.
Termsrv.dll is called by the Remote Desktop Services (RDS) service when a user starts a remote desktop connection.

I pulled it out of the “pre-built” directory for a server, found the file just fine, but no matter what i do, the tsadmin.exe command line command that’s required to install any Windows Server 2012 based features just refuses to work properly.
